Shipping policy
We offer Australia-wide delivery from Perth, Western Australia. Every order is packed with care, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.
Delivery Options
Standard Shipping: $10.00
- Free for orders $100 and above
- Estimated delivery: 3-10 business days
Express Shipping: $15.00
- Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or peak periods.
Order Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@matchatomo.com.au.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the address or redirect the parcel.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us so we can help investigate. While we’ll assist wherever possible, Matcha Tomo is not responsible for parcels lost due to:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses;
- parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier; or
- uncollected parcels returned to sender.
If a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it; re-delivery fees will apply.
