HINATA is a first-harvest, single-cultivar Yabukita matcha from Yokkaichi, Mie. While Mie is Japan’s third-largest matcha producing region, much of its harvest is traditionally supplied to renowned tea houses for blending. Single-origin Mie matcha is rarely seen outside Japan, making this a not-to-missed opportunity to experience the region’s character on its own.
